MemberClicks was founded in 1998 in Huntsville, Alabama, and has changed hands several times since 2017: to WebLink, then Momentive, then Personify and Pamlico Capital in 2020. Following the 2026 Momentive–Personify merger it is owned by Momentive Software, backed by TA Associates. It is sold as two products, MC Trade and MC Professional.
Functionality
MemberClicks is association management software sold as two separate products. MC Professional is for organisations whose members are individuals, such as professional associations, while MC Trade is for trade associations and chambers of commerce whose members are often companies, with SIC and NAICS industry coding and accounting integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP and QuickBooks. Each has its own member database, configuration and website tools. Add-ons include A2Z event management, CommUnity discussion forums, a Classroom learning management system and a job board.

MC Professional’s Website help category documents GDPR-compliance guidance for EU members and PCI, payment-card industry, compliance content for member-facing websites.
Implementation model
