Organisation & background
CaseWorthy, Inc., based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is backed by STG. It acquired Eccovia, maker of ClientTrack, in February 2025 and has been unifying the two products on the CaseWorthy CORE platform.
Functionality
CaseWorthy is case and programme-management software for human-services nonprofits and government agencies working in areas such as homeless services, workforce development, ageing, behavioural health, victim services and Medicaid home and community-based services. A single client record spans programmes from intake through services to outcomes, and clients and providers can use a self-service portal. A no-code toolset, apBuilder, lets the organisation’s own administrators create fields, forms, workflows, dashboards and reports, with deeper custom reporting through SQL and SSRS. An AI copilot, Cara, makes recommendations for staff to review, and APIs support integrations.
Localised features
Named, pre-built compliance report types cover HUD’s Annual Performance Report and Longitudinal Systems Analysis for Continuums of Care, HUD CAPER, a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, and CSV exports, and state Home and Community-Based Services reporting for Medicaid programmes.
Implementation model
Delivered directly by the vendor’s own team: Dedicated in-house project managers, integration, data-conversion and SQL report-writing specialists.
Hosting
Cloud-hosted by the vendor, hosted on AWS or Azure. States HIPAA and HUD data-standards compliance, relevant for US health and homelessness-services work.
