Use this page to find the system, or systems, that perform the functions you need, in the country you operate in.
Or simply browse by country.
Key filters
These two filters do most of the work. Between them, they narrow the directory down to the systems built for where you operate and what you need them to do. You can also click on the images below to browse the categories and find out more.
Additional filters
These narrow things further, once you know roughly what you’re looking for. They speak to how a system is built, rather than what it does.

Structure
How the system is built and supplied, for example a proprietary nonprofit product, a general business platform, or an open-source system. Affects factors like cost and adaptability.

Platform
The underlying business or open-source platform a system is built on, where one exists, for example Salesforce or CiviCRM. Lets you see a whole ecosystem at once, and often points to enterprise-grade capability.

Object flexibility
How easily the system can be extended with an entirely new type of object/table, from no code needed to no route at all. One way of adapting a system as your needs change, among others.
Two search options
There are two search options, which behave differently for the function filter. If you decide to filter by function, the choice between “any” and “all” changes what kind of answer you get.
- Match any function: the usual approach. It returns every system that performs at least one of the functions you’ve selected, returning a bigger list. Use this when you’re mapping out the range of systems available, so you can compare them and potentially combine more than one into your architecture.
- Match all functions: looks for a single system that performs every function you’ve selected. Use this when you’re looking for one system to cover several needs at once.
